Our favorite little skeleton has been arrested for driving under the influence early this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
And are we surprised?
What is surprising is that Nicole was driving the wrong way on the 134 Freeway. Witnesses reported her 2005 black Mercedes SUV to the police at around 12:30am.
However by the time the police caught up with her she was facing the right direction in the carpool lane in Burbank.
Nicole was apparently very cooperative. She was booked in Glendale and released at about 7am this morning. The booking sheet listed her as 85 pounds and 5'1".
A rep for Richie had no comment on the incident.
This is just another incident of many of celebrities driving after a night of partying.
Be ready to start hearing the excuses..
