Lindsay Lohan's father was released from prison early Tuesday in New York.
Michael Lohan was released Tuesday from Collins Correctional Facility near Buffalo, New York. Lohan entered the facility on June 30, 2005, for attempted assault in the second degree and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the first degree.The sentence was one and one-third to four years in prison.
