Probably one of the hottest celebrity events of the year, so far, was the annual 2009 Life Ball held in Vienna, Austria to support AIDS research.


Celebrities from around the world attended this event including Eva Longoria Parker, Katy Perry, Pamela Anderson, Fran Drescher, Ivana Trump, Dave Stewart, designer Richie Rich, Amanda Lepore, Roisin Murphy, Tony Parker, model Amber Valletta and former U.S. president Bill Clinton.

The 2009 Life Ball features thousand of glittery dressed revelers in scantily clad outfits or only body paint.

Pamela Anderson looked totally golden in a paid of golden thong bikini panties, golden lame corset and bra top.


The glittering former Baywatch babe looked fad as she strutted her stuff with an oversized boom box radio.

Katy Perry floated on the stage in a oyster shell.


She wore a tight fitting white leotard with golden enhancements.


Her bustier top was shaped into the form of two oyster shells.


Perry hair was adorned with a golden star fish and her wrap skirt reminded us of the inside of a clam shell.


She wore a golden and pearl bracelet and bright pink pumps.


Katy Perry is back with her boyfriend Travis McCoy and is known for breakthrough single I Kissed a Girl.

Spotted on the Blue Carpet was Amanda Lepore in a very tight fitting, Mae West hourglass figure pink sparkling gown.


The sparkling pink corset top accented Lepore overflowing cleavage.


The transparent pink tinted gown covered a very sparkly, silver petticoat.


Matching silver and ruby bracelets and long, tiered earrings created the vintage Hollywood vamp look.


The nautical look was indeed present on the Blue Carpet with many dressed in mermaid outfits or just aqua blue body paint.

Cyndi Lauper, Nathan Lane, Heatherette, Amanda Lepore: Human Rights Campaigns Greater NY Gala Dinner

On Saturday night, February 10th, at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel the Human Rights Campaign celebrated its 7th Annual Greater NYC Gala Dinner.


The Nation’s Largest Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Civil Rights Organization Honors Supporters of Equality at its Annual Star-Studded NYC Dinner.

Cyndi Lauper performed at the dinner and was an Equality Award recipient, along with Nathan Lane.

















Richie Rich and Trevor Raines received the Visibility Award. The design duo, Heatherette, was chosen for the award after designing a t-shirt exclusive for HRC with all proceeds from the sale of the shirt benefiting the organization’s mission. They are pictured here with Joe Solmonese, president of the Human Rights Campaign, and Amanda Lepore.

As always Amanda Lepore was the star, this time playing Glenda the good witch during the 'Wizard of Oz' theme of the show. Lydia Hearst was Dorothy, (I want that bag!), the Scarecrow (or is that the Tin Man or both?) looked like Buck Rogers' slave boy...equipped with easy access in the rear.
