Osama wants me dead - Bobby Brown

Musician Bobby Brown believes exiled al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden wants to kill him.

The My Prerogative singer - who has been on tour in Australia - has been living in fear of the terror mastermind after discovering he is a huge fan of his ex-wife Whitney Houston.

Bobby recently increased his personal security to protect him from bin Laden's terrorist organisation al Qaeda.

He is quoted as saying: "I figure if bin Laden wants me, and everybody is looking for him, it probably won't happen. But if he wants to try and find me for something so stupid, he can do what he wants. I have to leave it in the hands of my higher power.

"Come on, if anybody else was threatened by al Qaeda, they'd take it seriously."

Writer Kola Boof and an alleged bin Laden mistress claimed last year the terrorist wanted Bobby killed so he could make Whitney one of his wives.

Bobby and Whitney's divorce was finalised in April, but the singer is still cautious.

His former lover, hip-hop dancer Karrine Steffans, has revealed he also believed US President George W Bush wanted him dead.

Steffans said: "He said, 'We should flee the country.' We were staying at the Ritz-Carlton in Marina del Rey for a couple of weeks.

Whitney Houston Bobby Brown Divorce Final

Today Whitney and Bobby's divorce becomes final.

Orange County Superior Court Judge Franz Miller granted their divorce earlier this month.

When the ruling was announced, Houston fought back tears. Brown, of course, did not attend the hearing.

Houston will get custody of daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

Houston testified that she didn't need spousal or child support and that her ex-to-be wasn't reliable enough for their daughter to depend on.

Whitney Houston Gets Full Custody of Daughter

Whitney Houston has been awarded full custody of her and Bobby Brown's daughter.

Whitney was granted custody of 14-year-old Bobbi after she told the court that Brown "could not be relied upon."

"He's unreliable. If he says he's going to come, sometimes he does. Usually he doesn't", she explained.

Brown's lawyer said his client was intending to appeal the judge's decision.

The couple's divorce will be final on April 24th.

Bobby Brown Released From Jail After Three Days

Bobby Brown has been freed from jail after paying $19,000 in past due child support and court costs.

Brown spent three days in jail after being arrested in Massachusetts.

The judge ordered him to be held until he paid off the mother of his two children, Kim Ward.

His lawyer, Phaedra Parks, said he was a star when the agreement was made but now is "not always able to find work".

Bobby Brown Arrested Again

For the second time in a year, Bobby Brown has been arrested on a warrant for failing to appear at a child support hearing.

The R&B singer was picked up Sunday (Feb. 25) while in Massachusetts to watch his daughter at a cheerleading competition.

According to reports, Brown was scheduled to appear Monday afternoon in Norfolk Probate and Family Court, said Adam Loomis of All State Constables in Weymouth.

"He was supposed to show up and prove everything was up-to-date," Loomis said.

In October, Brown paid $11,000 in delinquent child support after being threatened with arrest if he stepped back into Massachusetts. He owed over two months of payments to Kim Ward, of Stoughton, the mother of two of his children.

In June 2004, Brown was sentenced to 90 days in prison for missing three months of payments. That sentence was immediately suspended after Brown paid about $15,000.

Whitney Houston's Perogative

Whitney Houston wants her divorce from Bobby Brown to be short and sweet.

Houston has requested a default judgment in a document filed on Dec. 28 in Orange County, Calif., Superior Court.

The document states that there are "no issues of division of community property." The document was obtained by CelebTV.com.

Houston is also seeking custody of the couple's 13-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina, and that Brown be allowed visitation rights.

Whitney Houston & Bobby Brown's Home Seized & Sold

Some things are worth sacrificing..

"Estranged couple Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's Atlanta, Georgia, mansion has been seized and sold. Houston filed for divorce from the R&B pioneer last month after 14 years of marriage.

Georgia newspaper Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports the couple's five-bedroom home was foreclosed by local authorities after the couple failed to keep up with their mortgage payments.

The $1.4 million house was sold on the steps of the Fulton County Courthouse on November 7.

Last week, Houston denied reports her New Jersey home faces the same problem. Mortgage holder, Chevy Chase Bank have filed suit to foreclose on the house, claiming the singer owes them $1 million in mortgage payments and taxes on the building."
