    Ricki Lake recently spoke with Us Magazine about her dramatic weight loss in which she shed over 100 pounds.

    She now weighs 123-pounds and is a size-4.





















    On crash dieting in 1991:
    “… I went on this extreme diet. I used to faint because I wasn’t eating and I was always exercising.”

    On the most exciting thing about her new weight:
    “    For the longest time, when I was very heavy, I couldn’t cross my legs. I couldn’t physically do it. LOVE that I can cross my legs now ... Even my shoe size is changing. My Jimmy Choos are too big now.”

    On what she thinks of super-skinny actresses:

    Some local residents in the streets of Sydney were treated to a spontaneous performance by Nicole Richie.

    Richie skilled in the art of clavicle picking, played her ribcage like a harp, while a crowd grew around her. People say they heard the sound in the street and were drawn to it. Those eating say that their hunger went away when they heard the soothing sound.

    Paparazzi were lucky enough to get a quick glimpse of Richie's genius performance..

Kate Beckinsale Offends Relatives of Anorexics

    Kate Beckinsale has upset many parents of teens afflicted with anorexia even though the actress is a former anorexic herself.

    Beckinsale said yesterday that she thought the disorder was caused by an unhealthy home life and compared "anorexia, alcoholism and drug abuse in teens" to "crack whores".

    Kate was mostly discussing her rough childhood and life experiences which led to her becoming unhealthy at one point. Kate was raised by her mother after her father died when she was only 5.

    A parent, Ros Ponomarenko-Jones, whose 19-year-old daughter Sophie died last year from anorexia, was quoted as saying that Beckinsale, "has been totally flippant and does not really know what she is talking about. She is not giving anorexia the status it deserves as a mental illness.

    "I think she needs to go to an eating disorder unit and speak to some of the girls there, where she would find out it is not always about what is happening in the home.

    "They look up to celebrities and if they are thin, the girls take that on board and think if they look skinnier, they will have friends and live better lives. She has been completely irresponsible."

    Britney opted for the brunette wig and Paris Hilton blue contacts topped by one of her many hats.

    I actually like the wig, but the contacts look terrible, cheap and are too blue.

    The     outfit is actually pretty cute, minus the hat and boots. Other than that, her body is really shaping up. It seems she is finally dropping her 'baby fat'.

    Lipo dissolve companies claims to simply melt fat away after receiving injections containing different mixtures of drugs and vitamins, depending on where you go.

    The Sun scoops:
    'The Advanced Lipo Dissolve centre specializes in a non-evasive treatment of a series of injections which claim to permanently dissolve fat.
    It sounds painful and Britney looked a bit tender as her minder helped     her on with her jacket. Britney has been undergoing strict dance training in studios in LA.'

Hilary Duff Talks About The Pressures To Be Thin

    Hilary Duff talk to People Magazine about the pressure in Hollywood to be thin.

    Duff said that people say she’s either too fat or too thin which in her opinion is “judgmental and mean.”

    “And if you don’t like the way you look or feel insecure, when people say things about you — in magazines or just in everyday life — they can be hurtful..but you’ll never make them happy,” she told the magazine.

    Duff has a new album out April 3 called “Dignity.” Many of the songs are about her ex-boyfriend, Joel Madden, but she is denying that “Gypsy Woman” is about his new girlfriend Nicole Richie.

    “It’s not my job to talk about my relationship,” she said.

    ... But the more you try to keep it quiet, the more people want to know about it.”

Nicole Richie Hospitalized This Weekend

    Usmagazine.com reported yesterday that Nicole Richie was been hospitalized after having a dizzy spell on the set of 'The Simple Life'.

    Nicole was rushed to the hospital on Saturday after she started to feel faint and dizzy after 20 hours of filming.

    She was on call until 2 a.m. Saturday morning, and had to back on the set a few hours later. Richie was hurried through hair and make-up first thing in the morning and was unable to eat 'due to a tight shooting schedule'.


    Producers later rushed Richie to the hospital after she began to complain that she felt dizzy.

    At the hospital, Richie was given fluids and food and was released soon after.

    "Nicole has gained weight and is doing really well," says a source. "She is proud of that. The producers overreacted, she didn't need to go to the hospital."

    Richie's rep issued this statement: "Nicole is home resting and will return to work this evening. We are proud of the weight that Nicole is gaining and her focus on her health."
