Natalie Portman says lesbian sex scene was hard

Natalie Portman has revealed that her much-hyped sex scene with Mila Kunis in their new flick Black Swan was hard. Walking the red carpet to promote the Darren Arronofsky film, Portman admitted that shooting the graphic love scene was confronting, according to the Huffington Post.

"It's hard to have a sex scene, period. It doesn't matter if it's a friend, a male, a female," News.com.au quoted her as saying. "You're with 100-something crew members, lighting you, repositioning you, there's no comfort whatsoever," she said.

Last month, Kunis slammed reports that the pair had downed tequila together before their risqué shoot. "I don't think we could have done that scene if we were intoxicated," she told People at the time.

Both Kunis and Portman have discussed their gruelling training regimes for the film that saw them lose drastic amounts of weight. Five to eight hours a day of cross-training and swimming for a year saw both the petite stars shed 10kg each off their slight frames.

Natalie Portman left red-faced at awards ceremony

Hollywood actress Natalie Portman was left red-faced at the Environmental Media Awards after organisers aired a clip of her singing about recycling when she was just 11 years old.

The actress was presenting a prize at the ceremony in Burbank, California, Saturday when footage of her as a youngster, dancing and singing about the benefits of recycling, began to roll, reports eonline.com

Portman laughed off the embarrassing gag and went on to hand the EMA Corporate Responsibility Award to Jeff Skoll, producer of "The Cove" and environmental movie "The Crazies".

Veteran Hollywood star Jane Fonda also showed up to honour her ex-husband Ted Turner for his foundation's work in stopping female genital mutilation.

The ceremony, which pays tribute to TV and films with a positive environmental message, also saw James Cameron's "Avatar" win the top movie prize.

Hit sitcom "30 Rock" and TV drama "Bones" were both honoured for episodes which tackled conservation themes, while HBO documentary "Gasland", about natural gas drilling in the US, was also celebrated.

Natalie Portman Loves India

Natalie Portman is fresh-faced at the book launch of To India With Love: From New York To Mumbai in New York City on Wednesday (November 4).

The 28-year-old actress, who posed with author Waris Ahluwalia at the event, showed her support for the book, which is a scrapbook of personal stories and photos to support the victims of the Mumbai attacks of November 2008.

Earlier today, Entertainment Weekly released exclusive photos of Natalie and costars Jake Gyllenhaal and Tobey Maguire in Brothers.

Paul MCartney to Premiere New Video on YouTube

At 5pm EST Paul McCartney will premiere his new video on YouTube.

The video will be featured in the 'Director Videos' slot at the top of the page.

The video, 'Dance Tonight' which stars Natalie Portman as a 'futuristic ghost' is from McCartney's upcoming album, Memory Almost Full, which is scheduled to be released on June 5.

When asked how Portman was cast for the role Paul replied, "The connection with Natalie came from my daughter Stella, who makes non-leather shoes that Natalie buys. So I rang her up and said, 'Hey I'm Stella's dad!' She had a bit of time off, as she was between films, so it was great."

Portman Considers Lesbian Affair

Actress Natalie Portman wouldn’t mind embarking on a lesbian relationship, for the simple reason that she doesn’t want to disconnect herself from half of the world population.

The ‘Star Wars’ star said that she doesn’t understand why anyone would want to cut off from 50 percent of the people.

Mariah Carey is the latest celebrity to develop her own perfume.
Mariah is actively involved with the production of the new scent and is having fun with the experimenting.
"It's been an amazing and creative process," she said. "You sit down with the 'juice' companies, and then they show you the different scents. You then compose the scent."
We've heard the scent smells an awful lot like bacon..



Tickets go on sale tomorrow for the concert organized by Princes William and Harry to mark the 10th anniversary of Princess Diana's death.
Pharrell Williams, the English National Ballet and Sir Elton John are all to perform at the concert, which will take place at Wembley Stadium on July 1, the date of Diana's 46th birthday.
Prince William said, "We both wanted to put our stamp on it. We want it to represent exactly what our mother would have wanted...We wanted to have this big concert full of energy, full of the sort of fun and happiness, which I know she would have wanted. And on her birthday as well, it's got to be the best birthday present she ever had."
Sir Elton John added: "I applaud Princes William and Harry for choosing to honour their mother with this concert. I am absolutely thrilled to be performing at this great event. Diana was a personal friend and someone I greatly admired for her tireless and enthusiastic work for charity."



Natalie Portman has been acting a diva at her hotel in Folkestone, Kent (England) while filming The Other Boleyn Girl with Scarlett Johansson.
A staff member told the Mirror that she had made many demands such as asking the hotel bar to be closed at 10pm so customers wouldn’t disturb her when she wanted a cocktail.
However, Portman's 5am yoga sessions disturbed sleeping guests. The member of staff added, “We were relieved when she left.”



Are Mandy Moore and Andy Roddick dating again? The ex-couple were looking quite comfortable together at a charity event in Florida over the weekend. Andy recently told People magazine: “We’re cool. We’re doing fine now. She’s a good girl, and it says a lot about her to come out tonight.”
